- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office is beautiful and the reception area is comfortable. One of the front desk staff was courteous and helpful while her compadre was short on patience and expressed displeasure with patients by name, HIPPA violations?????? While waiting for my husband I heard her berate and talk about patients after hanging up the phone; there is no sound barrier such as a glass wall, etc. Working with older folks is both a pleasure and challenge I am sure but being respectful is a plus. My husband likes the medical staff. Thanks Bon Sec our for supporting the citizens of Northumberland County, the other medical group-competitor abandoned their patients.November 16, 2017by Pamela Struss
